  I’ve always gone there for their amazing Italian food, so I was really sad to hear they’re shutting down permanently. It’s especially surprising because they’re always so busy. This place has been a favorite of mine, and I’ll definitely miss it!

  Had a wonderful experience at Zizzi, Stratford. Steve (manager) and his staff were amazing.. They were very funny, and made the entire experience very remarkable. The food was amazing.

  I had the duck which was new on the menu. It was very salty and not as crispy as I had hoped. Honey was served separately which was good so I could drizzle as I liked. Very good helping of vegetables. We were given a little tumble of hot chocolate at the end. Nice gesture.

  We were sat in a near empty restaurant, the single waiter ignored us for an age while serving numerous tables who arrived after us. In the end we gave up and left. Told a member of staff at the door we were leaving who simply shrugged, staggeringly bad, will avoid in future

  My usual go-to at Westfield is Wagamama, but on this occasion the queue was too long. We were in a rush and I spotted Zizzi in the corner so went there instead. Although Zizzi’s was also busy, it had a much calmer vibe than Wagamama, which was appreciated. A man who I assumed was the manager was very welcoming and understood our need for fast service. The pizzas arrived quickly and were delicious. The staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive. Toilets clean (always important!). Two pizzas, two Diet Cokes for £44. Based on this experience, Zizzi will now be my restaurant of course at Westfield.
